One day in a bus
I use the King County Metro bus for commute to work. I use three buses to reach the workplace and back to home. Some of the operators keep changing in some routes and some of them are regular. I used to greet the operator (driver) while getting in and thank him while getting off. Some of the drivers greet in response and some of them not. I used to see a operator, who is regular in a particular route will not give attention to the greetings and thanks. The days keep going. After a month or two, he just started to nod for the greetings and thanks. Then he stated whispering thanks while getting off. The days keep going. One day he greeted me before I greet him. I got surprised. It is nothing but the environment we create. I always greeted him without expecting anything. This created the positive environment.
